The power of Community Health Workers is their unique understanding of the experience, language and cultures of the community members they serve.
The Center for Health Impact (CHI) is an approved Community Health Worker education and training provider through the Massachusetts Board of Certification of Community Health Workers.
Our 80-hour Community Health Worker Core Competency Course is built upon the 10 core competencies as defined by the Massachusetts Board of Certification of Community Health Workers.
The course is led by CHI’s team of seasoned instructors who have conducted CHW training locally, nationally, and globally. The team also includes instructors who are presently working as CHWs.
