Welcome to Language Link, the Center for Health Impact’s innovative Interpretation Service. Among the first of its kind in the U.S. Language Link was created in 1992 by an initiative of community members and CHI. It has since served as a national model for culturally and linguistically appropriate Interpreter Services, Interpreter Training, and Translation Services.
For more than 20 years, CHI’s Language Link has been an approved Commonwealth vendor for Foreign Language Interpretation and Translation Services (PRF75). Through Language Link, we provide our clients with well-trained and experienced professional interpreters to facilitate effective communication in clinical, educational, public, conference and other settings.
CHI offers face-to-face and telephonic interpretation, as well as interpretation for virtual events in over 300 languages and simultaneous interpretation in 12 or more languages for up to 1000 participants.
